Rabbi Dr Chanan Tomlin MBE. PhD. MA. BA. MBACP
Rabbi Dr. Chanan Tomlin was born in Israel and grew up in Toronto, Canada. He studied in the rabbinical colleges of Telshe and Bobov. He acquired his Masters from the University of London and PhD from the University of Southampton. He holds a Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Regents College, London. In addition he has a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy.
Rabbi Dr. Tomlin has a special interest in helping teens in crisis. He has trained as an addiction counsellor and was an active member of the Chabad Drugsline when he was living in London. He runs a successful psychotherapeutic practice.

Rabbi David Jaffe
Rabbi Jaffe has been involved in community work for over 30 years with a special interest in youth and children’s support programmes. He is a trustee and on the management board of several charities, and has wide experience dealing with families in crisis.

Mrs Shelly Bar-Ilan
Shelly is currently studying therapeutic counselling at Manchester college, focusing on the person-centered approach. She places great importance on empathising with her cients and caring for them in a deep way.
Mrs Devora Dresner
Certificate in Counselling (Salford University) MBACP.
Devora has 12 years experience as a peer counsellor and has taught co-counselling within the orthodox community.
She has an empathic approach to working with teens and their families, and a special interest in clients with health challenges.
She is currently completing an MA in Counselling at Manchester University.
Mrs Barbara Ebbing
Diploma in Counselling.
Barbara has been a practitioner for many years. She is highly experienced with clients of all ages. She is an active member of the North West Regional Psychotherapy Association.
Mrs Maralyn Endlar
BEd, Diploma in Counseling, MBACP
Maralyn is a qualified teacher with over 25 years teaching experience including pastoral head. She has 10 years counselling experience mainly within a school and college environment.
She has a particular interest in school based and relationship issues. She is an integrated counsellor with a particular interest in art therapy.
Dr Devorah Fabry
PhD. Consultant Clinical Psychologist, AFBPsS
Devorah was born in Germany, where she acquired her Diploma and PhD in Psychology, examining mixed emotions. After teaching at Cologne University she moved to London where she worked at a number of hospitals including the Maudsley hospital, Bethlem Royal Hospital, Institute of Psychiatry, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, and the Tavistock Clinic.
She then focused on tutoring Trainee Clinical Psychologists at the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Newcastle upon Tyne, concurrently running a private practice in Gateshead. Since moving to Manchester, she has worked in a hospital setting tresating women who have complex presentations. She also has a private practice in Salford.
She uses a wide range of approaches to meet the needs of her clients including behavioural and cognitive methods, meaning centred and trauma focused techniques. She has treated a large number of presentations and difficulties, always reinforcing the strength and resilience of the person or family.
She believes that there is always hope and lives by the motto: “Today is the first day of the rest of your life!”
Mrs Debra Frazer
BA (hons) PG Cert APIMH Primary Mental Health Care
Debra has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and now works with Six Degrees Social Enterprise as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. She is able to see adults suffering with common mental health problems in addition to those just finding it difficult to cope with the stresses and strains of life.
She works with other therapists both male and female, as part of a project called Eis L’Daber - Time to Talk, which is funded by the NHS specially for the Orthodox Jewish Community, providing one to one and group support.

Chaim works with wide range of issues including - anxiety & stress management, phobias, anger management, depression & low mood, relationship issues, addictions, teenage issues, personality disorders, OCD, struggles with religious commitment.

Coming from a chassidic background Adina has a special understanding of the issues of Chassidic girls
Mrs Diane Mainzer
Certificate in Counselling skills, Dip. A.D. Drawing and Painting, FETC, MBACP.
Diane is a traditionally trained psychotherapist, spending five years studying theory and has over three years' in Clinical practise.
Diane has also worked as an Art and SEN Teacher at Beth Jacob Grammar School in London from 1996 - 2005.
Due to her background Diane understands the requirements of the orthodox community.
Mr Daniel Nissen
BSc in psychology
Daniel is warm and caring with a passion for helping people. He is an integrative psychotherapist which means that he incorporates different theories into practise depending on the needs of the clients, these include among other Cognitive behaviour therapy, Gestalt therapy and Transactional analysis.
Mrs Yehudit Poloway
Certificate in Person-Centered Counselling MBACP
Yehudit is a multi-skilled and sincere person, with extensive experiences in the challenges of life. She uses person-centered counselling which aims to empower the individual to make their own choices to achieve changes in their lives. This helps them to step forward towards self-actualization.
Mrs. Nechama Rechnitzer
BA(Hons) Child Development, ABC in Theory and Practice of Counselling, MBACP
Nechama specialised in children and adolescents. She also has experience in Family Interventions at Salford University.
Mr Uri Rosen
Counselling skills level 3
Uri was born in South Africa but grew up in Manchester. He is currently studying therapeutic counselling at Salford College.
Uri has been working with teens and their parents for the last three years. He builds a trusting relationship through his warm and empathetic nature which helps clients move forward.
Mrs Simione Samels
Volunteer Supporter
Simione works with teenagers and their parents teaching them positive thinking. She does this by demonstrating how a positive mental attitude can change the way they deal with a situation.

Nuhama specialises in emotional, educational and intellectual assessment. Working with clients of all ages, she has a particular interest in family and play therapy.
Mrs Jane Silver

Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life & Business coach specializing in Stress & Anxiety Management, Neuro Linguistic Programming & Coaching.
Jane is a qualified counsellor, as well as a clinical hypnotherapist. Jane's background and experience stems from over 20 years giving advice and counselling. She has worked with people from all walks of life, helping them with everyday problems and more complex issues. She adapts tailor-made programmes to suit the individual's need.
Jane has been particularly successful in cases involving: stress management, eating & weight control, insomnia, confidence & self esteem and phobias.
On an individual basis or within a corporate setting Jane has the essential skills necessary to achieve positive results.
Mrs Chana (Waxman) Simon
Diploma in Counselling, 1st class BA(hons) Psychotherapeutic Interventions (cognitive behavioral therapy)
The challenges of parenting four children sparked Chana's interest in behavioral problems in children and adolescents. She led parent-training groups for eight years after training with the NHS.
She also specializes in OCD in adults and children, and has considerable experience treating eating disorders, anxiety and depression.
